Transforming Lives Through Hypnotherapy:
Your Journey To Wellness Begins Here

End of year goals: moving past addictive behaviours

As we near the end of 2018, a lot of people are coming to see me about their addictive behaviours.

And while Christmas and New Year celebrations always make us think of “indulgence”, “the silly season”, and “celebration”, it may also be the perfect time to make a change in your life.

There is no reason why you can’t enjoy the holidays without over indulging. You could end the year by finally dealing with a problem that has been holding you back, and start 2019 with a bang. You won’t need to worry about New Year’s Resolutions, because instead of making them – you will already be living them!

If you are delaying, you should ask yourself why.

I often find that people don’t seek treatment for addiction because they feel fearful and embarrassed. They fear change, they fear loss (of the comfort they believe the addiction provides), and they fear that life will never be the same again. They are also embarrassed to admit that this is who they are. Embarrassed to say “Yes, I let it get this far”. Embarrassed to confide in someone else the pain they suffer inside.

You don’t need to feel this fear or embarrassment. I am not here to judge you, or criticise you, or make you feel bad. I am here to help you.

I treat a wide range of addictive behaviours and their consequences using hypnotherapy, including:

  • Stop Smoking in 1 session
  • Anxiety/Panic attacks
  • Virtual Gastric Banding
  • Alcohol problems
  • Insomnia
  • Inner Child work
  • Past Lives therapy
  • Nail Biting
  • Learning Difficulties
  • Obsessive Compulsive disorders

Addictions come in all shapes and forms. But they have one thing in common: they hold us back from who we are and what we are capable of achieving in our life. They make us fearful and embarrassed, when we should be confident and enthusiastic.

My process includes getting to the heart of your addiction, and working to change what your subconscious is telling you about it. Your subconscious thoughts are what keeps your addiction going – they tell you that you want it, that you need it, and that you can’t live without it.

You can. And I will work with you one on one to make that change in your life so that you can start next year as the “you” that you were designed to be – not the you that you have been.
